| If you feel like you only need one or two more things from Kara, please start prepping for SSC/TK. This means you read strats (links are in the RAID forum) and you start grabbing your resist gear. Off tanks need to have 170 NR & FrR for Hydross. If I pick you up as a main tank, you need to grab FrR gear. I'm working on my NR set and should be done very soon. DPS, go look up what you need and get that shit. GL HF |

| Just wanted to add something. I don't want you guys to think that because you've been trialed and passed that you won't get cut or dropped from guild. We're not a fucking union and you don't have tenure. Most of the tests will happen when we start raiding 10/25 mans together as a guild and I can compare dps on a better scale. Again, gear is not an excuse, lag is not an excuse, handle your shit. |

| I know the number of members seems dismal at the moment, but some of you know how I've lead groups in the past. I hope you can put faith in me that this will work out. It's only been a few days, give it time, people will app. I don't want to lower standards to fill ranks and then be disappointed when we cant even clear Kara anymore. This'll work out guys, SSC/TK in a month. =) |
