Class Leads

| It's time for us to start delegating work. I need class leads. You'd be considered an officer in the guild. This means you will have a certain amount of gold that you can use for repair each week. We haven't decided on this amount just yet, but I'm thinking 50g in repairs / week. Plus, you'd be on loot council. Lastly, consumables would be prioritized for officers. Please talk to me about this. I need people to take initiative or this guild will fall apart without good leadership. YOU MUST have played every spec tree in your class. You'll be responsible to teach and train other members. MOST IMPORTANTLY, you need to know how to communicate. This means you've actually worked in customer service in RL or worked on your communication skills. You could be the best player in the world, but you'd suck as a leader because you can't even express your thoughts well. |

| Some of you aren't keeping up with what's going on in the guild. I need you to check forums more often and participate. We RAID 2 days a week, if you're in another guild and can't dedicate such time to this one, I'd appreciate you let me know and leave this guild. I want dedicated people so we can make the best use of our time. Second, I'm tired of reminding people of their jobs. Grow up, read strats, download mods, setup macros, buy your consumables, handle your shit please. Thank you |
