| Something to put out there...I hope you guys understand when I deny someone who might look like a great player but has a poor application or attitude. I hope you can understand my position as guild leader. I'd rather have someone who puts out 1600 dps than someone who puts out 1800 dps but pisses me off or is a strain on my patience or guild morale. Players like that aren't the type of people I want in the guild and those are the type of people you shouldn't want either. Thanks =p |

So yeah, we've come a long way, great job on kalecgos you guys! Only thing I see keeping us from progressing is reliable players and filling our resto sham spots. Unfortunately, SWP just rewards having resto shams in RAID and as much as I'd like to think we can overcome stuff like that, it's going to slow our progression a lot. I need help, we really really need to find resto shams and if this means bringing your friends from other servers, DO IT! We need reliable and loyal players! |

So even though we're in BT/MH, we seem to be ranked 148 on the server...*sigh* these guys f'n suck
I think if we down a buncha bosses and loot the gear instead of DEing it this weekend, we should be okay. It looks as if it only started taking loot counts recently and didn't backlog any of our bosskills over the last few months. Anyways, gj everyone, super happy =) |
